1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bl89 ("bl89", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bl89.pro website, mobile interface, all associated subdomains, applications, games, sports betting markets, and other services (collectively, the "Services"). bl89 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. If it is determined that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, bl89 may immediately suspend or close the account and withhold or void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bl89 Services, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary identifier, a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bl89 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bl89 support immediately if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your bl89 account that is not used on any other website or application.
• bl89 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the registered payment method.
• bl89 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void all bets, bonuses, and balances associated with them.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bl89 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bl89 may freeze the account pending investigation. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied. Deposited funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your account wallet; real-money wagering requirements must be met where specified before bonus funds become withdrawable.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the bl89 Services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bl89 may immediately suspend or close any account found to be in violation of this section.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sports market, or promotional offer.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of crime into your bl89 account.
• Registering more than one account on bl89, whether under your own identity or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bl89.

Where bl89 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, bl89 may at its sole discretion: void all bets and game rounds associated with the violation; forfeit all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings; suspend or permanently close the account; withhold any pending withdrawal pending investigation; and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on bl89. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately on the bl89 sportsbook pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bl89 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where the event is subsequently voided by the relevant governing body.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered in real time. bl89 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly where the integrity of the market may be compromised by real-world events outside bl89's control.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC, BCB, FIFA), all bets on that event will be settled according to the bl89 sportsbook rules applicable to that sport and market at the time the bet was placed.
• bl89 accepts no liability for technical failures, data feed errors, or display errors that may result in incorrect odds being shown. Where a manifest error in odds is identified, bl89 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a third-party responsible gaming referral.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bl89 may forfeit all remaining balances. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of KYC, subject to a minimum balance threshold.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on bl89.pro — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall arrangement of the platform — is the proprietary property of bl89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from bl89.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or damages resulting from interruption of service. bl89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bl89 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bl89 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability of games, payment processing, or account access. bl89 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

12. Privacy

bl89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

bl89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, bl89 will provide reasonable notice of the change by publishing a revised version of these Terms on bl89.pro with an updated effective date and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting bl89 support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. bl89 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any player dispute informally in the first instance. Players are encouraged to raise disputes by contacting bl89 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. bl89 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and will aim to reach a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English.
